Friday 21 November Please welcome Claire who has now
joined our team full-time. She shall
be working Sundays,
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays. Please be reminded that all lessons and classes must be paid for by
clients – either with money or the appropriate vouchers.
NO EXCEPTIONS! Even if for
some reason we decide to give out “freebies”, there will always be a voucher
or paper for the client to use as payment. If
you are in any way unsure, please refer to me. Out-Source Work We are being contacted really by organisations to supply teaching for
external events. We are happy to do

please see Phil. Strictly Manage When putting clients details on to Strictly Manage please ensure that
their primary phone number is placed in the field entitled “phone” even if
it is a mobile number. This is the
number that appears on the timetable! New “UFO” unit now installed, AND WORKING!

Lessons
Just
a reminder, we have two strict policies
regarding private lessons, 48 hours notice of cancelation, otherwise the lesson
must be paid for, and we can only book regular weekly lessons.
Anyone wanting fortnightly or anything else have to book ad hoc.
Also, please remember that ad-hoc lessons should only be booked a maximum
of 4 weeks in advance. Any queries
please see Michelle.
Please
make sure you have finalised your numbers and music for the 2009 show, as
Michelle, Jade and I shall be dealing with the running order etc. this coming
Monday. Please ensure you have
passed the details to us before then. Also,
please
give out show costume letters again on all children’s classes, as we need
these back ASAP in order for Zara to get the costumes purchased. Pupils
Helping on Classes Following
recent problems, and following a very thorough discussion on this mater earlier
this week, it has been decided that with immediate effect we may no longer use
pupils to assist in either the teaching or partnering on classes.
Therefore, everyone on classes must be either a member of staff, or a
paying client. No exceptions.
If a client asks to help, please give a very polite “Thanks, but no
thanks”.
Phew!
Thank heaven that is over now. An
absolute Triumph for both BBC Essex and the Chelmsford Dance Centre.
An amazing night, with more glitz and glamour than the crown jewels.
